Giveaway Details:

1. Giveaway Start Date:  February 20, 2008.
2. Giveaway Closing Date:  June 30, 2008.
3. One entry per day, per person/email address/mailing address.
4. Open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States, 18 years of age and older. Void to residents of Alaska and Hawaii.
5. No post office boxes. Entry must include a street address.
6. To enter fill out the form below, if you meet the above requirements and have not previously entered.  All fields are required to be eligible for the giveaway. The information requested in the form will be used solely for conducting this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. Forms submitted with missing information will be deleted and not considered in the drawing.
7. Number of Winners:  (1) One.
8. Prizes (1):  Samsung SC-D372 MiniDV Camcorder.
9. The estimated value of this prize is $175.
10. All expenses are paid by The Prize Fairy, including shipping. NO charges will be made to winners. 
11. Winners will be notified by email from the email address of winners [at] theprizefairy [dot] com within a few days of the giveaways ending date and asked to verify their shipping information. Winners will be given seven (7) days to respond to the notification. If The Prize Fairy does not receive a response within the allotted seven (7) days, the prize notification becomes null and void and an alternate winner will be selected. Please add the above mentioned email address to your white list to ensure receipt of the notice should you be selected a winner.
